-How I got connected with the Table... |
I met Tommy Belsha and Melissa Maher one Sunday morning when I was in town for the weekend and happened to visit Chapelwood. They invited me to Deeper Roots, the young adult Sunday school class that was going on at the time, and The Table. I visited the Sunday school a couple of times, then Tim emailed me and invited me to go to lunch once I moved back to Houston. Tim and I had lunch, and I started going to Josh Masterson's life group. Meanwhile, I started going to the Table every Sunday night. What really got me in the Table community, though, is the Men's Group that started in fall 2004. I've developed some great friendships through that group that I intend to keep for years to come.
