 -What I'm passionate about...

Music, family, friends, learning.

-Favorite Bible verse...

Matthew 6:34 "So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries.  Today's trouble is enough for today."

-Best concert I have ever attended...

Pat Green  in Tulsa at Cain's Ballroom

-How I got connected with the Table...

My friend Jason invited me to come one Sunday.  My roommate and I got lost in the neighborhood and at 5:45 p.m. decided we weren't going to find it so we went to PF Changs for dinner instead.  The next week Jason decided he would pick us up at the house.

-If I had a day to do anything, I would...

Probably just play it by ear.  Go shopping, meet up with friends, get a mani/pedi or maybe a massage.

-Summary of my life today...

Just staying still and treading water.  I'm not necessarily moving forward but I have my head securely above the water and that is an improvement over the drowning that I was doing a few years ago.  My goal is that one day I will begin to move toward shore.

-I'm known for cooking tasty...

Take out.  I can reheat take out in the microwave better than anyone!

-Why I come back to the Table...
I had been out of the habit of going to church regularly for a couple of years.  Mainly because I'm too lazy to get up on Sunday mornings and there were typically few people my age.  The Table started at the right time and had the right age demographic but it was also a friendly atmosphere.  Tim's sermons were age appropriate and relevant and most importantly, like all Methodists, this group likes to eat.  And eat they do, every Sunday after worship.
-My philosophy of life...
Life is like a giant jigsaw pizzle, and all the pieces are out there in the world for us to comlete our puzzle.  Just when you think you have a piece where all the sides match up to the hole you are trying to fill, you attach it only to discover it doesn't fit.  The correct pieces are out there somewhere, but that doesn't stop us from trying to squeeze the wrong ones into the puzzle openings.  The right pieces take searching and patience and guidance to find.  The only problem is, most of the time, the wrong pieces are right in front of us and within easy reach so we grab them first and we grab them often.
